1. Permitted Uses

✅ Each purchase grants a license for up to 5 seats (i.e., up to 5 individual users or machines may use the asset). If you require more seats, additional licenses must be purchased.
✅ The asset may be modified for use within your projects but may not be modified for the purpose of redistribution or resale.

2. Prohibited Uses

❌ You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the asset or any modified version as part of an asset pack, development tool, or any other content intended for third-party distribution.
❌ You may not share or distribute the asset (or any modifications) as a standalone product, whether for free or for sale.
❌ You may not claim ownership of the asset or any modified version.

3. Distribution of Projects

✅ You may distribute or sell projects that incorporate the asset, provided that the asset is not the primary product being sold (i.e., the asset must be integrated into a larger project, such as a game or application, and not sold as part of a separate asset package).
✅ When distributing projects that include the asset, credit to Squeamish Studio is appreciated but not required.

4. Ownership

This asset remains the intellectual property of Squeamish Studio. Purchasing or downloading the asset does not transfer ownership.

5. Liability

Squeamish Studio is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of this asset. The asset is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

6. Termination

This license remains valid unless terminated. If you violate any of these terms, your rights under this license will be automatically revoked, and you must delete all copies of the asset in your possession.
